Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Let's Make A Podcast (the “Service”), operated by BLRB Digital(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Let's Make A Podcast. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your podcast, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Don’t share your account or impersonate anyone. Tell us promptly at hello@letsmakeapodcast.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

3. What the Service is — and isn’t

Let's Make A Podcast is a venue that helps podcast hosts and guests discover each other, pitch, message, and schedule recordings. We are not a party to any arrangement you make with another member. We don’t vet, endorse, or guarantee any host, guest, show, booking, or the outcome of any recording. Any agreement about appearing on a show — including scheduling, content, compensation, and publishing — is strictly between you and the other member. You’re responsible for doing your own due diligence before dealing with anyone you meet through the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, bulk, repetitive, or irrelevant pitches or messages.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse another member.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or show.
• Post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Create fake profiles or listings, or manipulate discovery or matching.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data, or access the Service through automated means without our written permission.
• Attempt to breach security, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

We provide reporting and blocking tools so members can flag abuse and cut off unwanted contact. We may investigate reports and take action, but we’re not obligated to monitor content.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit — your profile, show details, images, pitches, and messages (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use Your Content solely to operate and promote the Service (for example, showing your profile in discovery and, if you make it available, on public pages). You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it doesn’t violate these Terms or anyone’s rights. You’re solely responsible for Your Content.

6. Fees

The Service is free to use while we’re in early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we’ll show the price and terms before you’re charged, and we won’t charge you without your consent. Nothing is charged today.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — our name, logo, design, software, and content we create — belongs to BLRB Digital and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any right to use our brand without our permission, except to identify the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (such as Google Firebase, Vercel, and email providers) and may link to other sites. We’re not responsible for third-party services or content. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or abuse other members — where practical, with notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and the governing-law terms) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,”without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any match, pitch, or booking will lead to a result. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the conduct of any member.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLRB Digital and its people won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or your dealings with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BLRB Digital harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your dealings with other members, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BLRB Digital is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@letsmakeapodcast.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. You and we agree to resolve disputes in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
