Accessibility statement
What we do so Let's Make A Podcast works for everyone, and how to tell us when it doesn’t.
Last reviewed October 25, 2026.
Our commitment
BLRB Digital wants everyone to be able to use Let's Make A Podcast, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, screen magnification or captions.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the W3C.
Where we are today
Let's Make A Podcast partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Our automated checks cover every public and signed-in page template and currently find no failures, but automated checks can’t catch everything. The gaps we know about:
- Podcast artwork, show descriptions and episode details come from each show’s own public feed. We add text alternatives where we can, but we don’t control what a show publishes.
- Episode audio is hosted by each show, so transcripts and captions depend on the show.
- We have not yet finished a full manual review with every major screen reader.
What we do about it
- We run automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks on our page templates after every release and fix what they find.
- We check new features with a keyboard and a screen reader before we release them.
- We fix problems in the code itself. We don’t use accessibility overlay widgets.

Information for customers in the European Union
This section gives the information the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, Annex V) asks service providers to publish.
The service. Let's Make A Podcast is a marketplace that connects podcast hosts with guests: a public directory of shows, free pitching tools, and member profiles and messaging.
How it works. You can browse shows and use the tools without an account. To pitch or book, you create a free account as a host or a guest, fill in a profile, and send or answer requests through your dashboard.
How it meets the accessibility requirements. We design and test Let's Make A Podcast against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the web content requirements used by the European standard EN 301 549. Our status is partially conformant, with the gaps listed above. We check that images have text alternatives, pages work with a keyboard, text stays readable when zoomed to 200 percent, colors have enough contrast, and forms have labels and clear error messages.
Complaints. Please contact us first at hello@letsmakeapodcast.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the authority that enforces the European Accessibility Act in your EU country. See also our Terms of Service and Imprint.
