AI Booking Concierge · Early access
Getting booked as a guest is hours of research and cold pitching. The concierge does that work for you: an AI agent shortlists podcasts that genuinely fit you and drafts a personal pitch for each, at a fraction of an agency retainer. Nothing is sent until you say so.
Not live yet. No card, no charge. We’ll email you first.
Done-for-you outreach, without handing over the keys. Four steps, and you stay in the approval seat the whole way.
01We research shows that fit you
Tell us your topics, your proof, and the audience you want. An AI agent reads real podcast feeds and shortlists shows whose listeners actually match, not a scraped mailing list.
02We draft a personal pitch for each one
Every pitch names a specific episode, proposes concrete angles for that show, and leads with why you fit its audience. No mail-merge templates, no spray and pray.
03You read and approve every pitch
Nothing is sent on your behalf until you approve it. Edit any draft, skip any show, or pause anytime. You stay in control of what goes out under your name.
04We manage replies and scheduling
When a host replies, we help you handle the back and forth and get a recording on the calendar, so a yes turns into a booked date instead of a dropped thread.
What you approve
Every draft is built on the structure that gets replies: proof you listened, a credibility line that fits the audience, and concrete angles the host can picture as episodes. Here is the kind of draft that lands in your approval queue, personalized to you and to the show.

Guest idea for The Founder Hour: what pricing does to early trust
Hi Alex, Your episode with Sara on pricing psychology stuck with me, especially the part about anchoring against a competitor nobody had heard of. It is the rare pricing conversation that treats founders as decision-makers rather than spreadsheet operators. I have helped 200+ early-stage founders price their first product, and I think three angles would land with your audience: - A 3-step framework for pricing a first product before it has any usage data - Why launch discounts quietly train your best customers to wait - The one pricing mistake that makes a founder look junior on a sales call I keep it concrete and story-first, and I will send listeners a free pricing teardown template after the show. One-sheet and a past clip here: [link]. Worth a conversation? Jamie
The concierge is not a bot blasting your name across the internet. Every pitch waits for your approval before it is sent. Outreach is personal, relevant, and low-volume on purpose: it protects your reputation with hosts, and it is how real bookings happen. All email follows CAN-SPAM, honors opt-outs immediately, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
The concierge sits between grinding it out alone and paying an agency retainer: the done-for-you outcome, without losing control or the four-figure bill.

Never. You read and approve every pitch before it goes out under your name. You can edit any draft, skip any show, and pause or cancel anytime. Nothing is sent on your behalf without you.
A traditional agency charges a large monthly retainer and often controls the outreach. The concierge drafts personalized pitches for shows that genuinely fit you, keeps you in the approval seat, and costs a fraction of a retainer. There is more on the tradeoffs in our guide to podcast booking agencies.
The plan is 20 to 40 personalized pitches a month, each researched and drafted for a specific show. Quality and relevance come first: a smaller number of genuinely good pitches beats a blast, and it protects your reputation with hosts.
Planned pricing is $49 to $79 a month, well under a typical agency retainer. Final pricing may change before launch, and we will not charge you without asking first. Early-access members get founding-member pricing.
